We addressed this by closely collaborating with LGC to map and replicate their processes into an intuitive, user-friendly system, ensuring smooth adoption.
LGC operates in multiple locations, each with distinct inventory and project needs. The challenge was providing a unified, real-time view of inventory across all sites. We overcame this by designing a centralized platform that enabled real-time tracking, improving coordination and inventory transparency across locations.
LGC faced difficulties with tracking raw material flow, which lacked transparency and accuracy. To solve this, we implemented a barcode-based tracking system, allowing precise monitoring from issuance to return, thus ensuring more accurate inventory management and reducing manual errors.
As LGC’s operations expanded, their system needed to handle a higher order volume and workforce. We built a scalable solution capable of managing over 1 million orders per month. By leveraging cloud-based infrastructure, we ensured high performance and seamless operations even as demand increased.
