Tight Development Timeline
The project had a very short timeline, with just over a month to design, develop, and launch the mobile app before the association's major exhibition. This tight schedule required intense focus and efficient coordination to meet the deadline.
Managing Diverse Stakeholders
The Jewelers Association of Jaipur has a large and diverse membership base, making it challenging to align the expectations of various stakeholders. Effective communication and coordination were essential to ensure the app met the needs of all members.
Server Capacity Limitations
The initial server infrastructure was not robust enough to support the expected traffic and usage. We addressed this challenge by migrating the platform to AWS’s dedicated servers, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
Ensuring Seamless User Experience
Given the wide range of users with varying tech-savviness, creating an intuitive and user-friendly interface that would cater to both experienced and new users was a key challenge. BitAce focused on delivering a simple yet effective design to ensure smooth usability across all user segments.
