Specializing in distributing movies to single-screen and multiplex theaters, Marudhar Cine has a vast network of clients spanning multiple states, including Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Jammu & Kashmir.

The company also merged with one of the largest distributors, PEN Music, to form PEN Marudhar, expanding their reach internationally to regions like the US and UAE. Their operations involve managing complex contracts with producers, third-party distributors, and theater clients. To improve operational efficiency, they approached BitAce Technologies to help streamline their contract management, billing, and data handling processes.​

We developed an automated contract and billing system that allows Marudhar Cine to generate invoices based on predefined contracts with producers and distributors. The system tracked the number of shows, ticket sales, and regional data, automatically adjusting billing amounts as per the contractual terms. This reduced the complexity and time required for invoice generation, enabling faster payments and smoother operations.​

BitAce Technologies delivered a customized digital solution for Sharanga/Kuber, a leading name in the handicraft industry, to address their challenges in inventory management, order workflows, and dynamic pricing. We developed a centralized inventory management system using Laravel, ensuring efficient tracking of over 40,000 products and improved order processing. We integrated an EAN-compliant barcode module for seamless product categorization and enhanced scalability. The solution also included an automated order processing platform, built with Node.js and Express, streamlining order approvals, invoice generation, and inventory tracking.​​

For real-time payment processing and ticket data entry, we integrated Node.js and Express to handle transactions efficiently. To enhance show validation and ensure transparency, we utilized API-based integrations for brokers to verify show collections, reducing manual involvement. This solution streamlined operations, improved communication, and enhanced overall efficiency, helping Marudhar Cine scale and increase operational transparency across their network.
